i've been clocking in waaaayy too much screentime for, like, 20 years lol. so, i'm very jaded and i don't have the time or patience for a lot of the bs that's going on around the web. i hate capitalism and ads being shoved in my face, i hate websites actively destroying themselves to appease advertisers and shithead fascist politicians. i also don't "get" most social media. so, neocities is my little hidey hole away from all of that! (and tumblr tbh, but that bitch is on thin ice.)
